We are constantly evolving. dishy254 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the platform.

07/Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

08/Limitation of Liability

In no event shall dishy254, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
